Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement tailored Site Partnership Strategy Plans for assigned key accounts.
• Act as the single point of contact for all study-overarching topics across therapeutic areas at assigned sites.
• Define and track success metrics such as patient density, portfolio volume, and start-up timelines.
• Support early site engagement and optimize site readiness and patient recruitment.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Feasibility, Contracting, Quality) to streamline start-up processes.
• Analyze site performance data to identify strengths, gaps, and capacity for improvement.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing across Novartis departments.

Essential Requirements:

• Degree in scientific or health discipline
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in clinical research, including project oversight or monitoring.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills in a matrix environment.
• In-depth knowledge of clinical development, GCP/ICH, and regulatory requirements (FDA/EMA).
• Proven negotiation and conflict resolution capabilities with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and presentation skills.
